We invite you to help us recognize and celebrate REACH’s exceptional students, families, and community members at our annual luncheon the 2025 REACH Beacons of Light Awards: Grow. Flourish. Thrive. This will be held on Friday, March 7th at the Hildebrand Equine Complex The welcome reception is at 11:00 am, Lunch program will start at 12:00 pm. This celebration of our community will share the story and impact of REACH, honor our 2025 Beacons of Light, and provide attendees an opportunity to support our mission.

The core values of the REACH Project are Relationships, Education, Achievement, Community, and Hope. Founded in 2017, REACH is a non-profit organization whose mission is to strengthen the fabric of the community by establishing meaningful relationships to eliminate social and financial inequities in college towns and beyond.

REACH applies an innovative, relationship-centered approach to its programs and through the vehicles of education, service, and celebration, produces a profound dual impact on students and campus essential service workers by enhancing skills, sparking empathy, and generating life-changing opportunities. Each year, thousands of TAMU students help deliver programs to campus essential workers and other community members within REACH’s service areas of Community Building, Health and Wellness, Homeownership, Entrepreneurship, and Education. Since 2018, REACH's programs and services have served approximately 10,000 community members n the Brazos Valley.

REACH's programs provide the education, resources, support, and access that inspire and support community members to start small businesses, become homeowners, and achieve financial stability and long-term success. But, it is the unique dual impact of our programs and relationships on both the families and students we serve that truly sets us apart. REACH's student and community "beacons of light" are instrumental to this work - please join us in supporting and celebrating REACH’s 2025 Beacons of Light and be a part of the movement for every member of our community to Grow, Flourish, and Thrive!
